36 More Hardy Boys to Read

I have finished 3 more Hardy Boys' books. They are While the Clock Ticked, Footprints Under the Window, The Mark on the Door. I would recommend these books for my readers. I think the best one of the three is The Mark on the Door because there was a gang of mostly Indians and some Mexicans. The gang leader was part Mexican and part Indian. The gang smuggled rich oil out of Mexico. In this book, the Hardy Boys' dad told them about this mystery. Then the Hardy Boys flew to Mexico to find the gang and capture them. They succeeded.

Yesterday I went to Terrific Tuesday at my church. Terrific Tuesday is where me and my friends do crafts, go to the gym, and do experiments. We learned about plants. We planted tomato plants. There were worms in the pots. We have the tomato plant on the back porch. I've put more worms in it. I hope the tomatoes will grow! Wish me luck!

The Secret Harbor Mystery

The Secret Harbor Mystery was a good book. One of the characters in this book was named Samuel Blackstone. He had a fortune because of piracy and smuggling. The Hardy boys discovered a "monster" in small pond, which was the secret harbor. It was really an alligator. It attacked Frank and Joe. The Hardy boys almost sunk because Cutter and Stewart, who are bad guys, locked a door on them. I enjoyed this book.

I have VBS at my church this week. This VBS is fun because we get to play, have snack, have a Bible story and sing.

Two Birthday Parties

I went to Eli Rogers' birthday party. It was fun. It was a pirate birthday party. We had a water balloon war. The kids were divided up into teams. The teams were Red Tide and Black Pearl. They also had a slip-n-slide. It was cool!

I also went to Austin Murray's party. It was sleepover party. We went swimming, fishing, and played video games. We had fun.

I just finished The Secret Warning. In The Secret Warning Frank and Joe were involved in a mystery where a pirate ghost scared a light house keeper out of his senses. The boys found an antique dealer. He was one of the bad guys. He had an assistant that worked with him at the same shop who helped him try to steal a golden mask. I recommend this book for my readers.

VBS with Noah

I am doing VBS with Noah Fennimore. He invited me to VBS at Mt. Zion. We have a marketplace and there are crafts we can do. The children are grouped into little families. In the families we have family time where we talk about the Bible story, read a Bible verse, and talk. We get to go outside and have a snack outside. The VBS is about Egypt and Joseph. We learned that God gives you special abilities, God gives you hope, and God gives you wisdom. My favorite part of VBS is marketplace because you get to weave baskets, make a board game, make tops, make Egyptian collars, paint sarcophagus, and go to the barber shop. The children at VBS are raising money for mosquito nets to protect the children in Africa from malaria.

Lots of Things to Write About

Since the last time I did a Hardy Boys report, I have read two more, The Great Airport Mystery and What Happened at Midnight. In The Great Airport Mystery, Frank and Joe were trying to stop the airmail robbers from stealing more mail. The boys got to ride in the back end of the plane the robbers used to sabotage the mail plane. The robbers dropped rope on to the mail plane's propeller to make it crash. Then the robbers landed their plane and took the mail. I would recommend this book to all of my readers.

I have a missing a tooth. I wiggled my loose tooth and he came out. I felt happy about loosing a tooth because it was my first tooth out. I got three dollars from the tooth fairy.

My Swim Party

I had a baseball swim party today. Each boy received a plaque instead of a trophy. We hot dogs, chips, brownies, and there were cookies too. We had fun!

Our team is the Rays. I was number 1 this year. I have lots of friends on my baseball team. We almost made it to the championship, but the Angels won. They got a big trophy. I bet it was fun for them to win the championship. We had a person who hit an out of the park home run on our team. His name is Bo. He is number 12. He is pitcher sometimes and first baseman sometimes. He was catcher once. I hit an inside of the park home run two or three times.

I finished The Secret Panel Mystery and The Secret of the Caves. My favorite so far is The Shore Road Mystery. It was my favorite because Frank, Joe, and Chet caught car thieves. I have started The Mystery of Cabin Island. I will let you know when I am finished.

My First Library Card

Today I got my first library card. I used it right away. I checked out three Star Wars books and one Hardy Boys book. I checked an Elmo book for my sister, as well. I got The Secret of the Caves Hardy Boys book. I've already read eight pages. My goal is to read all the Hardy Boys books before the end of the summer. There are 58 books total.

Grandma's Birthday

It was my grandma's birthday today. We took her out to Shoki. We had fun. The guy that was entertaining us did cool tricks. I liked them all.

I am starting a new Hardy Boys book, The Secret Panel Mystery. I bet it will be about crooks who are going to capture the Hardy Boys, but if they do, I bet they will break free.

Today was my last baseball game. We had a good season. We lost to the Diamondbacks.

The Hardy Boys Report

Today I finished a 177 page Hardy Boys book. It was fun. It was about a ship that the people of Bayport thought was dangerous. So two guys, Chassen and Zodiac Zig, stole the flying express. It is a very fast boat. One of the people who helped Zodiac Zig got caught before Zodiac Zig and Chassen. But in the end they got caught by the Hardy Boys and Chet.

I would recommend this book to all my followers.
